Typically the heat processors are used in the brazing industry but many other applications will benefit from the flexibility and efficiency of the units. Australian Combustion Services Pty Ltd have been involved in manual and auto brazing/soldering applications for more than 40 years and manufacture the brazing machines used by many of the tap manufacturers and other industrial companies to suit a large range of processes.

We have undertaken design and consulting work for most industrial companies involved in this area. We usually obtain a sample part that we evaluate on our test jig with a variety of tips and flame shapes. We will provide brazed samples for testing and follow with our recommendation on the most suitable arrangement (within budget) and anticipated cycle time.
