IMMERSION TUBE BURNERS

 Immersion tube heating of solution tanks is an efficient method, especially where solids in suspension are involved. Atmospheric torch burners with a time clock start or package type blast burners can be adapted to suit.

 

RING AND BAR BURNERS

 Available in a range of sizes and capacities from 5 - 250 MJ/Hour. For low to medium temperature usage including pot heating, atmospheric boilers, tank heating etc..

KILN & FURNACE BURNERS
Basic or complete atmospheric burners for all gas types and pressures with excellent flame retention and an extensive range of accessories including pilots, safety controls and gas train components.

 AIR BLAST BURNERS & EQUIPMENT

BURNER NOZZLES

F.R. (flame retending) burner heads and blast tips producing torch type and short flames for applications including heat treating, stress relieving, localised heating, brazing etc. Blast tips can be manifolded to heat large areas evenly. Used with air gas mixers.

PRE-MIX & NOZZLE MIX BURNERS

A range of sealed burners are manufactured to suit a variety of situations including models designed to utilise preheated combustion air. Pre-mix tunnel types are an inexpensive alternative in multi burner situations. Various block/tube designs and flame shapes to suit the process requirements. The package type with integral fan are designed for more industrial applications than comparable models.

 

RIBBON TYPE BURNERS

 Available in several pipe sizes and varying lengths to suit air/blast tank heating, process drying, anti flecking etc. Also short sections for flame treating of plastics, rapid component heating for soldering, descaling etc.

AIR & GAS TORCHES

 In several sizes from fine flame jewellers torches to large industrial types for brazing, soldering and pre-heating. Also high blast type for cupola lighting, die heating, flame treating etc. Torches are popular for metal melting and treating and can be used on compressed air or air from a low pressure source.

 

AIR/GAS MIXING DEVICES

 Venturi, air/gas and high blast mixers designed to accurately mix air and gas in the correct proportions for proper burner operation. Available with a complete range of controls for manual or fully automatic process and temperature control.

PILOT BURNERS

 Atmospheric and blast type with excellent flame stability and a range of sizes and capacities. Spark ignited pilots with a large compliment of ancillary equipment.

 

ELECTRODES

Available in a range of thread sizes, wire thicknesses
and ceramic sizes to suit your needs.

FURNACE SIGHT GLASSES

 Fitted with heat resisting glass in several sizes.
We also make safety U.V. back heat protectors fitted with special quartz glass suitable for various burners and applications.

 

FLEX HOSES

These are available in sizes from 8mm bore to 25mm in gas approved configurations. Larger sizes can be made to order from metal flex.

GAS CHECK VALVES

These are fitted with light flaps to positively seal on low pressure gasses. Check valves must be fitted on all gas/air systems where there is the possibility of the back flow of air into the gas line.

It is dangerous to use any fuel burning equipment unless it is fitted with suitable flame sensing devices and automatic fuel shut off valves. We recommend customers comply with relevant gas codes regarding installation and correct operation of our equipment. The owner/user must assume responsibility for the use and proper maintenance of burner systems, flame supervision and limit controls as well as other safety devices.

SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES

As well as the following special purpose machines, we have experience in virtually any heating situation and can design a complete process to suit your requirements. We have been involved in the food industry for many years and have supplied burners and controls for fryers, baking ovens, pastry machines and general cookers. Extensive involvement in the ceramic and studio glass industries have resulted in burners/processes delivering greater efficiencies.

PLASTIC FLAMING MACHINES

 We can supply simple flaming kits to fit your existing process or purpose built machines to flame bottles, pails or virtually any shape using conveyor mounted burners. Auto ignition and safety controls are available as options.

 

AUTOMATIC BRAZING MACHINES

Australian Combustion Services Pty Ltd can design and supply a range of machines to suit your components from single station, shuttle semi-automatic machine as illustrated to the rotary brazing units for more automated processing.
