The key to efficient control is precise adjustment of the flame, achieved with our burners by using fine control valves and accurate air/gas mixers. This enables the flame to be easily adjusted to suit the type of product and the rate of throughput. The burners require compressed air and can be used with any gas with minor modifications. There are several burners that are suitable including the ribbon burners manufactured in various lengths. Please refer to the specific data sheets for more information.

PLASTIC FLAMING KIT

This complete kit includes all the components necessary, including the ribbon burner,
to quickly set up a flaming station on a conveyor type arrangement.

Several options are available including automatic ignition and auto restart.

The basic kit includes:

Fine control air and gas valves
Flexible gas and air hose lines
Gas and air regulators
Air and gas mixing unit
Gas safety check valve

FLAMING CHUTE UNIT

The flaming chutes
are manufactured for various components including:
round and oval bottles and pens
PLUS
other unusual items.

ROTATING PAIL UNITS

These are used when it is necessary to flame larger round items that can be placed singularly on a rotating plate.

The burner is usually the ribbon type with either the pilot or spark start option.

The main flame is started when the container
is placed on the plate.

CONVEYOR MOUNTED BURNER UNITS

Ribbon burner units (similar to our flaming kit) can be fitted to an existing production line or designed from the ground up to suit your requirements.

These will incorporate the appropriate ignition system.

All samples are treated prior to quoting to test for adhesion and speed of flaming to ensure the best method is employed.
