PROCESS AIR HEATING/DRYING
APPLICATIONS
|
|
Air heating burners require specific characteristics to be suitable for air heating. Among these are a high turn down and the ability to operate on high excess air volumes. Our AH air heating burners are widely used to dry textiles including printed T-Shirts. The torch burners are used to efficiently direct fire Rotary Driers and can be an economical option for air heating.

Packaged burners are used on self-contained process driers as illustrated.

is the AH PACKAGE burner unit fitted to our conveyorised textile dryer. The AH PACKAGE is especially suitable due to the clean combustion, large air volume for efficient drying (the unit is equipped with an adjustable fan), modular construction for ease of servicing and gas approval. The complete ovens can be made to any configuration from small single person units to multi stage, high volume dryers. Send us your anticipated volumes and some information on the inks used and we will provide budget pricing. |
AH - AIR HEAT BURNERS
| The AH air
heat burners are available in a variety of styles and several sizes. They have been
designed for operation with the air flow through the burner but are equally suitable as a
suction cone type burner. Virtually any output can be accommodated with the burners
capable of wide turn down rates for accurate temperature control. The standard AH units
are cone type burners fitted with an ignition probe ready to mount. These can be fitted
into virtually any shape or size duct providing the airflow around the burner is kept to
approx. 2,500 ft/min. although these burners will operate satisfactorily in a range of
conditions.
